This Berliner Weisse base was brewed with honey malt and lactose, then aged on both sweet cherries and tart cherries. The combination is a delightfully tart fruit forward beer with hints of graham cracker. Compare this to your grandma's cherry pie and let us know who's you like better.

First, we kettle-soured the malt bill of a Hazy IPA, then dry-hopped it with Citra & Mosaic hops and found the result is a tart, refreshing, 6.3% IPA. It has subtle hop character and notes of ripe pineapple and pink grapefruit with herbal, lemongrass notes.
